Hi John, I got my saddle kit all put together. Everything went very well. It only took about 2 hrs., not counting the time it took to watch the video. That was the best video on how to put it together I had ever seen on any thing. If at any time I needed help to understand something, I just went back and watched just that part of the video again. My saddle looks great and now that I put it together myself, I know and understand everything about it. It is raining here now and is too wet to go riding, just can’t wait to try it out. Everything has been just like John said it was and I also would like to thank both John and Ann for being so nice. It has been nice doing business with you all the way around. Thank you, Bob
